MORGANTON, NC— Ollie’s Bargain Outlet opened to a great (masked) crowd on Nov. 4, 2020. The grand opening marks the first major opening in the recently renovated center, acquired in 2019 by Atlanta-based MW Investment Company. Principal, MARK WORLEY is “very encouraged by the leasing traction we’ve gained, particularly in this environment. We continue to negotiate LOIs for the remaining vacancies, and expect to have more announcements coming very soon”.
